Balancing your Personal Ecosystem is a process.

Each program, class, reading suggestion, or video will fall along this path — addressing one or more phases of the journey:

  1. Understanding your Personal Ecosystem
  2. Designing your ideal Personal Ecosystem
  3. Cleaning your current Personal Ecosystem
  4. Feeding or Strengthening your Personal Ecosystem

Notice how each phase is a verb. This is not a passive activity.

Also keep in mind: it’s much easier to maintain your balance when you have direction and momentum (just like riding a bicycle), so *maintaining* a balanced Personal Ecosystem is rather easy.

You can also be in more than one phase at the same time — for example, Feeding and Strengthening your physical body, while designing your relationship with the Exchanges you make.

You don’t have to master everything at once.

We have the procedures of achievement upside down. Every New Year’s, we come up with our to-do lists, resolutions, bucket lists, and strategic plans — all the stuff we want to have, get, accomplish, and experience outside of ourselves. And here’s the heart of it all: all of those aspirations are being driven by an innate desire to feel a certain way.

So, what if this year, we get clear on how we actually want to feel within ourselves, and then we design our to-do lists, set our goals, and make our resolutions in support of feeling the way we want to?

This series is the Whole Enchilada. We’ll go through the process of discovering your Core Desired Feelings in each of five life areas, then we’ll go the extra step of designing goals to live by — where clarity meets action. Where the heart gets practical. And it’s oh-so-delicious.

Intentions and goals are tools for liberation. So when we use goal chasing like a hammer, it can beat up on our self-esteem, relationships, and creativity. Setting the goal, pursuing it, and achieving the goal is supposed to feel good. If you’re going to set “goals to die by,” well, then, bless your heart. But there is a better way… using your Core Desired Feelings as the goal posts, you will come away from this series with goals to live by and clarity around how to get there.

Many of our physical and emotional ailments can be sorted out via nutritional adjustments, and I want to encourage as many people as possible to tackle this aspect of their health up front. (Low-hanging fruit, as it were…) Once the nutritional elements are balanced, we can work on what still needs some attention.

This is an opportunity to address specific goals, co-design plans for achieving those goals, and with a high degree of accountability, approach challenges and opportunities with a fresh perspective.

Depending on your personal goals, you can expect to experience significant shifts in beliefs, habits, and behaviors, your personal identity as it relates to health, the level of competence and understanding you have of your own body, a strong sense of autonomy and motivation in your journey, the ability to adapt practices and routines to individual scenarios, and a mastery of tools to propel your transformation.

We will have bi-weekly coaching calls to assess your current state and goals, co-design plans for moving forward, and develop proficiencies in tools and perspectives for addressing challenges.

Timing: virtual journey, ongoing digital communications, meeting bi-weekly for 6 months.
Process: Fill out the Client Intake Questionnaire then you can book our initial call for a time that works with your schedule. (There is absolutely no charge for our initial call — this is a chance for us to determine whether or not we’re a good fit.) If we’re a good fit, we’ll set up your journey from there!
